The world views Christians and the doctrine in which we believe in as foolishness. They view us Christians as fools ourselves believing in a hope that is hopeless. We are the fools of this world and as time goes on, we continue look more the fool than ever before. But we must keep in mind that it is better to be a fool during this age than a fool in the age to come.

“For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.” (1 Corinthians 1:18 NKJV).

We have hope and that is Christ who has died for us and is our Redeemer. The world has no hope other than what the material or people that they put their temporary hope in. The One we hope in is of an eternal hope while the hope that the world hopes in is what the eternal hope created. No matter how long we live we will all face death with some waking up to hope while others to the depths of the Fools Institution with both being for eternity.

“But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God-and righteousness and sanctification and redemption-that, as it is written, ‘He who glories, let him glory in the LORD.'” (1:30)

Let us remain fools in this age while seeking to please and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and surely we will receive our reward. Let us continue to proclaim the so called foolishness to the lost world around us in hope that one of the bunch of wise fellows of this age will become a fool with us. Never be ashamed of the One in which you proclaim, knowing that the Lord is King of all, both great and small, wise and fools.
